Sakya Singha Chaudhuri is a projects, regulatory and dispute resolution lawyer. He has over two decades of experience in projects and regulatory advisory and litigation. Sakya has advised and represented clients across a range of sectors including telecommunications, energy, mining, roads, ports, and airports. Sakya also practices competition law and has advised clients on competition law issues in merger filings, investigations relating to cartels and anti-competitive conduct. Sakya regularly advises and counsels leading business houses such as PXIL, Noida International Airport, Statkraft, Sun TV, Jaiprakash Power, H-Energy, Amplus, Aditya Birla, West Bengal Power Development Corporation Ltd. among many others. He is an “Advocate-on-record” with the Supreme Court of India and has also served as Additional Advocate General for the State of Punjab.
