Astha Sharma specializes in civil and commercial disputes and arbitrations. She has done her LLM in Commercial & Corporate Law, from Queen Mary University of London, University of London. Before joining Neeti Niyaman, Astha worked with Late Justice A.S. Anand (Former Chief Justice of India) and with Justice Jasmeet Singh (while he was a practicing advocate). Astha has more than a decade’s experience in dispute resolution, commercial litigation and arbitrations, civil and regulatory litigations, and general advisory. Her experience also gives her an edge to draft commercial contracts. Some of the notable clients whom Astha regularly advises and represents includes Indian Oil, SAROD – Society for Affordable Redressal of Disputes, NSL Power, Ivy Ecoenergy, Ampyr Energy, Sipla Wind Energy Ltd., Innovel Energy Service Pvt.
