The matter arose out of applications filed before CPT under the Right to Information Act, where the applicant was seeking confidential information on the designing and commercials of Petronet’s berth in CPT. The arbitration was concluded successfully with CPT agreeing to the terms of Petronet not to disclose its confidential business information.
